All items are new and warrantied to be free from factory defects.
As each particular storage situation is different and we leave it to the individual user to determine the amount of product that they need to use, we cannot warranty the results that you will obtain from the use of Dri-It® in a given situation.
More problems are caused by under-estimating how much material to use for the storage time desired. The actual amount you may need will depend on variables such as how much moisture there is initially in the air and in the items being stored, how watertight and airtight the cover or container is, and the environmental conditions (such as heat or cold) where the item is stored, etc.
Returns
In the event that you need a replacement for a defective pouch, such as a split seam on an unused pouch, please phone us at 800-543-1972 or contact us here for a Material Return Authorization Number. We will provide you with instructions on how to receive your replacement pouch.
If you need to return non-defective product, please phone us at 800-543-1972 or contact us here for a Material Return Authorization Number. Material must be returned freight pre-paid in new condition, in the original un-opened packaging.
