Types of Shipping Available

Our primary method of shipping is via USPS Priority Flat Rate for speed of service and is also usually the best pricing. For those packages that cannot meet the package weight or size restrictions we normally send UPS or FedEx Ground Service, also selected to obtain the best rate. All orders are shipped out of the Central Texas region.

• USPS Priority Flat Rate normally arrives in 3 business days
• UPS and FedEx Ground shipments averages 4-6 business days.

The estimator often gives a higher estimate than what we actually may be able to ship it for and we will credit your account if we are able to ship it at a lower price. For the most accurate total, be sure the right shipping method is chosen after completing your delivery details.

How We Ship

Unless you specifically request in the Additional Information section that you require UPS or FedEx service, we normally send orders of Single and Double pouch packets via USPS Priority Mail. This is usually the cheapest and fastest for most orders.

Econo-Packs will ship either UPS or USPS, whichever is cheaper unless otherwise directed.

Cases of Dri-It pouches, Law Packs, and Bulk Orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise directed. We cannot ship these items Priority flat rate as they exceed the size/weight limits.

We can ship under your UPS or FedEx account if desired and the charged total will be adjusted to reflect that. Simply note your UPS account number and Billing Name and Zip Code in the Additional Information section. Please be sure to include a contact phone number in case there are any questions.
